If you are faced with this problem, there are usually two best choices for you: renovation or moving?
When to Choose Renovation?
Renovation can be expensive depending on the extent of renovation you want to do for your home. Anyway, moving can be expensive, too, depending on how many things you will moving and the distance of the moving location. So, when should you choose renovation over moving?
Choose renovation if you like your neighborhood, especially if you have close friends or relatives in the neighborhood. Besides, relationship should always be the utmost consideration in any place you are in.
Choose renovation if you love your house despite its many flaws. Perhaps you have a lot of good memories in the house. Those good memories can already cover up for the bad memories in the house. Then, just choose renovation because those good memories can always make you feel at home.
When to Choose Moving?
Moving can be a very tiring and depressing task. But there are moments that you have to choose this over renovation.
Consider moving if your work is too far from your current address.
You should also consider moving if you don't like your neighborhood too much or if you have some bad memories in the house.
No one in this world can ever tell you if you should renovate or move. You can only dictate that to yourself. But if you want to do the right decision, it will be worthy to ask for suggestions from professionals, friends, and family.
