Things-To-Do When the Moving Date is Near
Published on Monday, 11 January 2010
Avoid cramming while packing your things and preparing other stuffs
for the moving. One of the best ways is to start packing
and other moving stuffs as early as possible. But if you only have three weeks to prepare, better do these things
for the moving before it's too late:
- Prepare your car for the transfer of auto registration application.
- Pack the sentimentally valuable things like letters, pictures, postcards, etc.
- Separate the plants you want to move with you from those you want to leave in the old place.
- Return everything that you borrowed-books, VCDs, and DVDs.
- Totally clean up the refrigerator and de-frost the freezer.
- Pay all your bills and inform your service providers about your moving.
- Plan where you will park the moving truck in the new place and in the old place.
- Prepare important documents like passport, important letters, credit cards, and checkbooks.
- Arrange the moving for your pet by asking the vet how to properly move it.
- Check the elevator in the building and see if it's working. If it's not, then you still have time to plan how you will move your things up or down the building.
Don't waste time and start doing all the things you are supposed to be doing right now.
