If you have a water bed, make sure to remove the water before you move. The material in used in water bed can tear easily if you are not careful during your move. So, make sure to properly drain it before moving it to your new home.
 
Big furniture should be tied properly inside the truck to avoid moving during the transit. Big furniture like a refrigerator, heavy mattress, and big couches should be moved in the truck carefully.
