Organize Your Loading

Organize Your Loading One of the things you can do to make your move more organized is to have a plan when you move your things into the truck. Your first step is to inventory your things and the corresponding boxes. Group the boxes with similar sizes and have the heavier and bigger boxes as well as items like your bed, couch, and the like nearest the door because these are the first things you will be loading into the truck. Make sure that both sides of the truck have an equal distribution of weight. Make sure that all your items are up on their right side to avoid any damages, especially to the breakables. You might also want to rent or purchase some extra padding for your bigger furniture pieces to minimize any damage and to keep them safe. It would help if your hired dollies to transport your items faster and more efficiently. Once you have all the heavy stuff inside, proceed to place the lighter boxes on top of the heavy ones. For boxes with fragile items, make sure that they are in a secure spot so they don't move around during transport. Lastly, make sure that you have enough truck space, and make for at least a 10% allowance so you can accommodate some last minute items. It is much better that you have extra space rather than have too little. MORE NEWS AND TIPS
