How Better Moving Boxes Are?

The moving professional suggested that
you use moving boxes instead of the ordinary
boxes when moving. You doubt it-how can a box be better than another box? Believe it or not, your ordinary boxes are not the best packing boxes. Moving boxes are better. How better? First of all, moving boxes are obviously made out of much sturdier materials than cardboard, which is used for the ordinary boxes. That alone tells you that moving boxes are really better than your free boxes. Look at the strength measurement of these moving boxes as well. Boxes are usually measured using Edge Crush Test (ECT) or Burst Strength Test (BST). The ECT tells how well the box can remain its form when stacked up while the BST tells how much weight the box can hold. In ECT scale, the moving boxes score around 32 or higher and their BST value is about 200. This means that moving boxes can carry more or less 65 pounds without crushing or tearing. Aside from better strength, moving boxes come in different types as well. You can find wardrobe boxes, dish packs, file boxes, picture frame boxes, etc. Varying moving box types allows you to choose the right type of packing material that will give the best protection for your valuable things. Your ordinary boxes don't have their different types to give you the best packing. Now, you know how better moving boxes are compared with your free but very ordinary boxes.
