If you are planning to buy a home of your own, do you have enough money to finance your plan?  Well, if you are planning on amortizing the house in a bank make sure though that you have enough savings to pay for the monthly amortization as delays in payment can result to severe penalties.If you are planning to rent an apartment or a house, make sure that you have checked apartment prior to your actual moving out day.  In addition, it is best that you discuss the agreement or the contract with the landlord or landlady.  This will prevent any legal disputes in the future. Check out with you kids whether or not they approve of the house that you are buying or the apartment that you plan to rent. After all, they, too will  be dwellers of the house.
