Packing is one of the most important aspects of your move. If you don't have good packing the greater chances of your things falling out of their boxes or your things getting damaged inside, especially during the transport stage of your move. There are few things that can make you as miserable as opening your boxes and seeing lots of damaged or broken things. So packing is really important, and you need the right type of materials to make sure that your things are well protected and stored.
Boxes, of course, are the first things you should consider when packing. Try to assess your things and see which type of boxes are best suited for your things - in terms of their size and quantity. Another tip you would be well off to remember would be to order a few extra just in case you're short. It's better to have a few extra boxes rather than agonize over not having enough, especially when moving day is drawing near. Another thing, boxes have their own maximum weight, so be sure to be conscious of how much you're putting inside. Make sure to also pack your breakables well, using bubble wrap and packing peanuts and / or crumpled newspaper when putting them into boxes.
